Byldis Facades frames have been a natural fit since 1978. We supply aluminum windows, doors, sliding doors and curtain walls, which we produce in our own factory in Veldhoven. We engineer, manufacture and assemble. Together with Byldis Prefab (precast concrete), we can also supply complete precast concrete and aluminum elements. Assembly can be done at our facility - for example, in a precast concrete facade element. Or on site, if the situation calls for it.
What sets us apart from other suppliers is that we work with several systems houses, including Aluprof, Reynaers, AluK, Wicona and Hueck. Depending on the customer's wishes and the requirements of the project, we always find the best solution with the most favorable price-quality ratio.
Flexible
Due to the short lines in our organization and large modern production facility, we are very flexible. This allows us to fit on-site assembly perfectly into the contractor's schedule.

Methodology
1. Engineering
Our engineers have all the knowledge in the field of constructions, facade technology and building physics, naturally supported by the most modern software packages. These packages then directly control our machinery.
2. High-end machinery
We have high-end machinery consisting of advanced machine tools. These are a three- and a five-axis CNC machine as well as a fully automated processing line. This allows us to machine the most advanced profiles.
3. Assembly on the building site
We not only produce all kinds of aluminum facade frames, we also take care of the assembly. Our own assembly team ensures that everything is assembled to perfection.

About Byldis
Byldis Facades is the aluminum facade engineering branch within Byldis. The other branches are Byldis Prefab (precast concrete) and Byldis Engineering. Byldis Facades, like Byldis Prefab, can be engaged separately as a stand-alone partner as one of the pillars of the Byldis total concept.
The Byldis total concept consists of an integrated system for shell and facade. These are complete precast concrete and aluminum elements, created through a streamlined process. Engineering, production and assembly are seamlessly integrated. We assemble complete components such as frames, windows, interior and exterior walls in the factory and then assemble them into a complete prefab product, super fast and on time at the building site.
